根据我了解，国外的航空公司由于没有在中国内地办税务登记，所以都无法给开发票滴，一般只要有该航空公司的给开的正式收据或电子行程单就可以报销了，至少我是这样，其他公司是否有另外的操作模式我就不知道了。
